Let the Good Light In

Polarized lenses filter out harmful light while allowing the good light to pass.  These types of lenses block harsh yellow light on the visible light spectrum and boost the amounts of reds, greens and blues naturally, enhancing colors and contracts. Polarized lenses also absorb potentially harmful high-energy visible blue light. In addition to 100% protection from UV light, the technology we offer also absorbs HEV light, which may cause macular degeneration, pterygium, cataracts and other eye diseases. Polarized lenses are essential for anyone who spends time outdoors—especially on the water or golf course. But not all polarized sunglasses are created equal. Frame selection is easy at Quigley Eye Specialists Optical. We have a large selection of metal and plastic frames as well as frameless and lightweight hypoallergenic titanium frames. Many of our guests choose frames from our Aspex collections; each frame includes a magnetic polarized sun clip. If fashion is important we have a selection of designer brands Cazal, Caviar, and Vera Bradley, Ray-Ban®, Eddie Bauer, and Fysh eyewear.
